2026 is here! Before we start chasing goals, stacking wins, and trying to “make this year different,” we’ve got to make sure we’re building on something solid. That’s what Foundations is. A series that starts beneath the surface, because when life gets loud, plans shift, and pressure shows up, you don’t rise to motivation you fall back on what you’ve built.
